Description / Summary
This one day seminar allows the therapist to enter into the world of universal and accessible home design. The therapist will enter a “virtual” world of exciting products and concepts to benefit their clients. Within the universal and accessible designed home, one can create warmth and beauty while, at the same time, creating a safe and functional environment for clients. The principles and concepts that will be presented will give the professional home evaluator multiple tools to utilize when performing a home modification assessment. The participants in this seminar will not only enhance their knowledge base, but extenuate their problem solving skills. This seminar emphasizes the concept of a team approach in which all participants work toward achieving the same goal of a beautiful and functional home environment for their clients. |
